Guest service and money

If your rating drops after a busy hour, you missed laundry or left guests in the lobby. Fix the loop before you buy outdoor pieces from the catalog.
Staff and automation
Two employees change the game. A Janitor remakes rooms. A Bellhop escorts guests so you can stay in build mode. Upgrade either to level 5 for the Top Janitor and Top Bellhop badges.
Do not hire a Bellhop before you have two clean beds. An automated escort into a dirty room wastes the wage.
Building and expansion
Build mode uses a grid ([G] to change size) and catalogs for Beds, Laundry, Bathroom, Activities, Amenities, Decoration, and Outdoor. Glass elevators unlock vertical hotels; the keypad includes Ground plus numbered floors.
Coastal plots have a road on one side and water on the other. Leave a corridor from reception to every door before you stack a second floor. Guests who cannot pathfind will idle and hurt stars.

The experience opened as ALPHA, then flipped to a free BETA with exclusive trophies. Badge goals include 15 beds in one session, 3/4/5-star hotels, and a 100-day streak.
