How we rank
S-tier items either print cash, unblock a badge, or remove a chore you would otherwise click every minute. C-tier items look expensive in the catalog and barely move rating. Prices on the HUD change with plot size, so we rank order, not a frozen dollar amount.
Three lists live under this hub:
- Staff tier list — Janitor versus Bellhop, when to buy each, and the level 5 badge chase.
- Rooms tier list — beds, laundry, bathrooms, activities, amenities, decoration, outdoor.

3-star is the first real filter: clean beds, a working washer, and a lobby that guests can path. 5-star is a late BETA flex with only a few hundred awards. Use the star checklist while you play.
How to use these lists in a session
- After the first hour, open the staff list and buy a Janitor the moment dirty rooms outrun you.
- Before a second floor, open the rooms list and confirm laundry and bathrooms exist on floor one.
- Before you chase 4-star, read how to expand so elevators do not dump guests into unfinished corridors.
Codes and scripts do not change the ranking. A cash gift should buy the next S-tier item, not a C-tier fountain. If you use an autofarm, you still need the same furniture; the script only clicks faster.
This hub will move rows when the BETA adds more employee types. Right now the official loop only advertises guest clicks, sleep, checkout, and build — the two named staff badges are Bellhop and Janitor.
